Return Policy

At ISIBA ORGANICS, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take great care in preparing andpackaging every order, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be considered.

Return Eligibity

We offer a 7 – day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your
order to request a return or refund.
Returns and Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:
– Defective products
– Damaged products

Any items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied are not eligible for return or
refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, take a clearpictures and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email us at info@isibaorganics.co.za Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the request being declined. Exchanges are not accepted.

Once products have been delivered and confirmed to be in good condition, no exchanges can be
made.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request

– If approved ,your refund will be processed accordingly
– If not approved ,you will be informed with reasons
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and
financial institution.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be in the same condition as received
– The product must be unused
– The item must be returned in its original packaging

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return or refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return ,contact us at info@isibaorganics.co.za Include your order number ,a brief
explanation of the issue, and supporting images where applicable.

Exceptions/ Non- Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

– Used or opened products
– Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
– Items returned without original packaging
– Sale or promotional items ( unless defective or incorrect )
